1 pt. Strawberries
~1/2 c. whipping cream
5 pkgs. Splenda
2 - 3 T. peanuts, chopped



Recipe



Make a strawberry puree with most of the berries (hold out a few for the
garnish) and 2 packets of splenda. (use more or less depending on how sweet
*your* berries are.) Whip up the whipping cream with 3 packets of splenda.
Fold the puree and whipped cream together to make the mousse!

Cut the remaining whole berries into thin slices, and put around the edge of
2 bowls. Fill with the mousse, and top with chopped peanuts!
