Wow! What Great Ice Cream!

Recipe Introduction
I just had to share! I cheated a little on Phase Two today because I
made homemade ice cream with my boys and it was wonderful!
We made it with:
2 cups of milk
2 cups of cream
1/2 cup of powdered Carob
1/2 cup of maple syrup
Mix it up well together and stick it into an electric ice cream maker.
This made about 1/2 gallon?
Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! And so easy too!
I could not believe how fantastic it was. The ingredients should all
be organic to make the best of it and we were able to make it with raw
cream and milk which may have added to it's taste!
Anyway, like I said I just had to share.
