Yogurt Parfaits

3 cups plain yogurt
2 teaspoons real vanilla
1 tablespoon fructose
4 packets Splenda
1 banana sliced
1 cup halved green grapes
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup pecans finely chopped
1) In a small bowl combine the yogurt, fructose,
Splenda, and vanilla.
2) Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the bottom
of a parfait, wine or champagne glass.
3) In another bowl, combine the fruits
4) Add a layer of the fruits to each parfait.
5) Continue layering the yogurt and fruit until
each glass has three layers, ending with yogurt.
6) Chill until ready to use. Sprinkle each serving
with chopped pecans. Serves 6.
