Charcoal Grilled Trout

List of Ingredients
Fish grill basket brushed or sprayed with cooking oil
4 (10 ounce) trout
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large tomato, diced
4 lemons, sliced
2 onions, sliced
Recipe
Light grill and let coals burn down. Clean trout and remove heads. Spread
mayonnaise on inside of trout. Put sliced tomatoes inside trout. Open fish
basket and put half sliced onions and lemons, trout and remainder of onions
and lemons. Close fish basket. Either put on a rotisserie for 15 minutes
or cook for 6 to 7 minutes on one side and turn for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve
with dill sauce or other favorite sauce.
Note: In the absence of a fish grill basket, the lemons and onions may be
placed directly on the charcoal grill. The trout may be cooked in an
oven--line pan with onions and lemons and place trout in pan. bake for 6
miinutes on a side at 360°
