Fillet of Sole with Spinach Stuffing

3 1/2 oz sole
2 oz spinach
dill weed
lemon juice
PAM
aluminum foil
Recipe
1. Cook spinach is a small saucepan with a very small amount of
water until quite soft.
2. Drain well and spread of sole.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dill weed.
4. Roll up and place on a piece of aluminum foil sprayed with
Pam.
5. Seal in foil and cook in toaster oven at 350 degrees for
10 to 15 minutes..
