    Salmon Roulades with Sesame

    List of Ingredients




    4 Salmon Filets
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. vinegar (rice-wine)
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    Dash salt
    Dash pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat broiler.

    Slice the filet (horizontally) 2/3 way down Season all sides with salt and pepper (to taste) so that every side
    tastes good. Roll filet into a roulade and secure with toothpick

    Place sesame seeds into dish Place roulade into dish to thoroughly coat bottom and then drizzle sesame seed side with olive oil.

    Mix vinegar and soy sauce lightly coat roulades with mixture

    Cook under broiler for 5-6 minutes to each side, or until cooked through. Drizzle with remainder of mixture for serving

    You can substitute any nuts for the sesame seeds if you like.
