    Shrimp in Oyster Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces large shrimp
    2 stalks celery, cut on diagonal
    1 Tablespoon peanut oil
    1 Tablespoon light sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon ginger root-finely grated
    1/2 cup red bell pepper-sliced
    1/2 cup scallion-½" pieces, cut on diagonal
    2 Tablespoons purchased oyster sauce

    Recipe



    Clean prawns and dry thoroughly. Heat wok add oil, and
    stir-fry prawns and ginger for 2 minutes. Add celery, red
    bell pepper and scallions and fry for 1 minute longer on
    high heat. Add oyster sauce, turn heat low, cover and cook
    for 1 minute or until prawns are cooked through.
    Serve hot.
