    6 ounces tuna
    1 jalapeno -- or serrano pepper, minced
    1/2 lemon -- juiced
    salt and pepper
    romaine lettuce leaves

    Recipe



    Drain tuna and mix with pepper and lemon juice. Season to taste. Wrap in a
    lettuce leaf or serve on a bed of lettuce.
