Grilled Apples

4 apples
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. granulated or brown sugar
aluminum foil, cut into squares
Core the apples. In small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Place each apple on center of aluminum foil sheet; spoon a 1/2
tablespoon cinnamon/sugar mixture into apple center, and wrap
the apple in foil. Place foil-wrapped apples in small foil pie tin
or a non-stick grill pan (used for shrimp, vegetables etc.) on the
grill, and cook until apples are tender. Notes: You can also use
maple syrup or honey and add extra spices like ginger.
