vanilla kefir smoothie

I make my regular kefir (24-48 hour brew in my cabinet). Then I strain out the kefired milk from the grains. (return the grains to the jar and add more milk, set it back in the cabinet). I then frig the kefired milk till it's cold. ONce it's cold, I plop it into a blender and add: 1 TBSP of vanilla extract, two egg yolks, a dash or splash of stevia, 1 cup raw milk, and one ice cube tray full of frozen milk or regular ice. (I have the habit of freezing raw milk in ice cube trays to use in my smoothies so they are thicker than normal - it tends to make them like a nice big ice cream shake or malt from the local drive in diner. If I don't have any milk cubes, I just use a few regular ice cubes) Blend until smooth and enjoy!
