    GARLIC ROSEMARY LAMB CHOPS

    4 lamb chops, 1 ¼ inch thick
    1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1-½ teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary (1/2 teaspoon
    dried)
    1 teaspoon dried mint
    1 teaspoon dried sage
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    • Coat lamb chops with olive oil. Combine sage, mint, rosemary, garlic,
    lemon zest, and salt and pepper. Rub into
    lamb chops and allow to rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Broil chops
    in oven for 6-10 minutes, using top
    oven rack. Serve immediately with cranberry or mint relish. Makes 2
    servings.
