    1 LB GROUND BEEF
    1 LB GROUND TURKEY
    1 ONION, CHOPPED FINE
    1 3-OZ BAG OF SPICY OR BBQ PORK ROUNDS, CRUSHED
    2 EGGS
    2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, JUICE, OR PASTE
    2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
    BEAT THE EGGS LIGHTLY IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL.
    ADD THE CRUSHED PORK RINDS AND LET SIT UNTIL ABSORBED.
    MIX IN ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.
    OPTIONAL: A DASH OF SOY OR WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE.
    BAKE AT 350° FOR 40 MINUTES.
