    Makes 4 servings
    Per serving: 288 calories; 1.0 grams carbohydrates; 0 grams

    List of Ingredients




    2 large chicken breasts, halved, boned, lightly pounded
    (total 2 lbs.)
    4 Tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
    1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. paprika (about)
    2 Tablespoons snipped parsley

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Gently pound chicken until
    about even in thickness. Melt butter and add granulated
    garlic, mix together. Dredge chicken in butter mixture and
    place into sprayed baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with paprika
    and cover with onion slices. Bake, covered, 30 minutes or
    until tender. Uncover and allow to brown slightly, another
    15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
