2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons Keto Italian-style low carb bread crumbs
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
nonstick cooking spray Recipe
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, cheese, and oregano; mix well. Set aside. In small cup or bowl, combine lemon juice and garlic. Brush both sides of chicken with lemon juice mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on sprayed foil-lined cookie sheet. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. Serves 2.
