Tuscany Chicken and Rice

List of Ingredients
2 cups brown rice, cooked
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
1 small red onion, cut in bite size chunks
1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained or 1 8oz package fresh sliced
mushroom of your choice
1 can (14 ½ oz) Italian style stewed tomatoes
Recipe
Prepare rice and set aside. In medium oiled skillet, over medium heat,
brown chicken pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 8-10
minutes. Serve over hot rice.
