Kielbasa and Cabbage

List of Ingredients
1 head cabbage, chopped medium fine
1 cup of water
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 length (about 10 inches) packaged smoked keilbasa
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1-2 Tabespoons olive oil or butter
Recipe
Core the cabbage and chop into approximately 1.5 to 2 inch pieces. Chop
onion and sauté in large soup pot usig the butter until the onion clarifies,
adding minced garlic near the end. Cut sausage into 1" slices and cook in
onion/garlic/butter for about 5 minutes. Place cabbage on top, and pour in
water, add vinegar, and salt and pepper, (go easy on salt--kielbasa has salt
already added) Cover, reduce heat, and let steam till cabbage is tender
(about 20 to 25 minutes). Stir and serve.
