    Pork Chops with Spinach and Cheese Sauce

    4-6 Butterfly Pork Chops (can substitute with Chicken Breasts)
    1 pint half & half
    4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 packages frozen spinach (can substitute asparagus)

    Cook pork chops (or chicken breast)- fry, bake, your preference. In saucepan, combine 1 pint of half- &-half with the 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese till melted. Cook spinach (I warm mine in saucepan, but you could buy fresh and steam or cook as desired) Place cooked pork chops (chicken breast) in a casserole dish. Put serving portion of spinach on top of each pork chop (chicken) Pour cheese sauce over the spinach and pork chops. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
