    Satay is the Asian way of saying skewered meat.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound pork loin, lean, boneless
    2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon brown sugar twin
    Dash hot pepper sauce
    1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Blend remaining ingredients together using a
    blender.

    Marinate pork in mixture for at least 10 minutes. Thread pork on skewers.

    Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, tuning occasionally, until done.
