Southwestern Crock Pot Barbeque ribs

List of Ingredients
4 pounds pork rib strips (boneless)
1 can (15 ounces) mexican style stewed tomatoes
3 teaspoons chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese--monterey jack or mild cheddar
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Recipe
Put all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and olives in a crockpot. Cook on high
for 3 hours. Reduce to low for 5 hours. Use 2 forks to pull it apart into
shreds and chunks.
Place on platter, sprinkle the cheese and olives on top.
