Tex-Mex Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
3 Tablespoons olive oil
cumin to taste
chili powder to taste
1/2 cup pre-made salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
Heat skillet at high heat. Add oil, and then add pork chops. Brown chops on
one side. Turn chops, and generously sprinkle the top of each with chili
powder and cumin. Turn the heat down to medium. Add salsa. Cover and cook
for abut 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover, and cook until cheese
melts. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top of each chop.
