He says: I'm not sure if this was pirated from the Low-carb Cook's Nook chat or one of my wife's cookbooks, but I have been LIVING on this stuff, it is SO good!
List of Ingredients
Adjust ingredients to your own taste:
5 cups broccoli, chopped
2-1/2 cups cauliflower, chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
bunch of bacon, cooked till crisp and reserve the grease
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp AS
1 Tbsp vinegarRecipe
Combine all except bacon in a large bowl, toss dressing, chill for 6 hours, add crumbled bacon shortly before serving.
