    CUCUMBER SALAD

    4 servings

    List of Ingredients




    3 cucumbers, very thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons chopped chives
    Pepper to taste
    1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 cup sour cream
    8 slices bacon, cooked crispy, cooled & crumbled
    salt to taste--see directions below

    Recipe



    Place cucumbers in a bowl. Mix chives, pepper, vinegar, &
    sour cream
    Pour over cucumber slices, DO NOT SALT.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before
    serving, salt sour cream/cucumber mixture to taste. Pile
    onto torn lettuce leaves, sprinkle with crumbled bacon over
    the top and serve.
