Chicken Taco Salad

List of Ingredients
4 chicken breast cooked and chopped up
4 cups Lettuce (8 grams)
20 medium black olives chopped (4grams)
1 cup salsa (5 grams)
1 TB. dried Cilantro
2 cups crushed pork rinds
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 grams)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and serve with sour cream if desired. You
can use tomatoes but add in the carbs. I don't eat raw tomatoes because
I am allergic to them.
Serves: 4
Carbs: Approximate 6 per serving without sour cream.
