1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt or salt substitute
1 packet Splenda or artificial sweetener
Combine all ingredients well, toss with shredded cabbage, carrot, and red onion.
