    Crab and Avocado Salad

    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
    3 ounces lump crab meat, cooked and chopped
    1 green onion, diced fine (including the green portion, about 1/4 cup)
    1/2 of one small avocado (diced, about 1/3 cup)
    4 cups mixed salad greens (loosely packed -- equal amounts of
    Romaine, iceberg, and spinach included in recipe analysis)

    Directions:
    Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and spices. Fold in crab meat, onion, and avocado. Serve over bed of greens. Serves two.

    Per serving: 12.8g carbohydrates; 5.4g fiber; 11.5g protein; 13.1g fat; 471.8mg sodium; 41.7mg cholesterol; 201.5 calories
