Karmin's Tarragon Balsamic Dressing

In a food processor, blend the following:
1 shallot
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon or one half teaspoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
a dash of salt and pepper
Optional: Original recipe called for one tablespoon raw honey. This is not recommended for first stage BEDers. After your inner ecosystem is well established, a small amount of raw honey will feed the beneficial bacteria and yeast. To give this recipe a touch of sweetness without the honey, add more sweet-tasting tarragon and/or a few drops of Stevia)
This will keep in the refrigerator for one week.
