    2 cups cold buttermilk
    2 cups mayonnaise
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Parsley
    1/2 large onion, chopped finely
    1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until
    smooth. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl, cover, and chill for
    several hours or overnight before serving.
