    List of Ingredients




    4 Large tomato(s), sliced
    1 Large onion, peeled and sliced
    4 oz Blue cheese
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1/4 cupBalsamic Vinegar
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Romaine lettuce to line plates

    Recipe



    line plates with lettuce. Alternate slices of onion and tomato on serving
    plate; sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, drizzle with oil and vinegar,
    season with salt and pepper. Do not prepare until just before serving!
    4 servings
