Sweet and Sour Cabbage Salad

2 cups shredded purple cabbage
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 T white vinegar (apple cider vinegar is fine too)
1-2 packets of Splenda
Cook bacon until crisp and drain off most of the grease. Add cabbage
and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
Goes great with pork.
