    For Salad:
    1 (16-ounce) can green beans, drained
    1 (16-ounce) can wax beans, drained
    1 (15-1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
    1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
    1 medium onion, cut vertically into slices
    For dressing:
    3/4 cup granular Splenda
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper, coarsely ground
    3/4 cup olive oil
    2/3 cup white wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Combine dressing ingredients and stir very well. Add
    veggies and stir to coat. Place in a zip tight plastic bag
    and marinate up to several hours or overnight in
    refrigerator, turning every few hours. SERVES 8 to 10
