Tuna Sub-in-a-bowl

1 small can of white tuna in water (drained)
1/4 of a celery stalk (about 1/2 inch long, chopped up)
2 tbs. Mayo
1 c shredded lettuce
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
Put the celery and tuna in the food processor and process it. Add the Mayo and process it again (but not too long). Mix the lettuce and tuna mixture in a bowl and sprinkle with the vinegar.
