    List of Ingredients




    4 slices of turkey breast
    4 medium Boston lettuce leaves
    Cilantro Mayonnaise (below)
    4 scallion
    4 red bell pepper strips


    Cilantro Mayonnaise

    ¾ cup reduced fat mayo
    ¾ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
    1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (I used less)
    1 teaspoon light soy sauce
    1 small clove of garlic

    Recipe



    Place 1 slice of turkey on a lettuce leaf spread with Cilantro Mayo.
    Add 1 scallion and 1 pepper strip. Fold into a tight, cigar like
    roll.

    * I also will use the mayo with a meat and sliced cheese roll up. I
    just take a piece of turkey breast or pastrami or ham, a slice of
    swiss cheese (or whatever you prefer) and lightly spread the cilantro
    mayo on it. Very good!

    Place the mayo, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, and garlic in a
    blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
