Cheddar Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepperRecipe
In Teflon lined sauté pan, heat cream, salt and pepper about
5-7 minutes until mixture is smooth & thickened. Stir in
cheese & cook for 1 additional min. Cover & allow it to rest
3-4 minutes. to cook & finish melting cheese. Pour over
veggies, meats or omelets.
