    Mango Habanero Salsa

    List of Ingredients




    5 small habanero peppers, seeds removed
    1 mango, sliced
    1 vidalia onion, sliced
    2 ounces vinegar
    3 1/2 cup water
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 large beefsteak tomatoes, chopped
    Juice of 2 limes

    Recipe



    Combine habanero peppers, onion, vinegar and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil and add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    Boil 20 to 25 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove
    and put in blender. Blend well. Add chopped tomatoes, mango,
    limejuice and pinch of salt. Puree 40 seconds or until fairly
    smooth.
