1/4 pound bacon
1 med. head Cabbage Coarsely chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Recipe
1. In a large pot cook the bacon over med-high heat until crisp.
Remove the bacon from the pot, let cool, then crumble and set aside.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot. Reduce the heat to low,
cover and cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until cabbage is tender, stirring
frequently.
3. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon, toss, and serve.
