Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Put 1 large can Swanson chicken broth in large saucepan Heat
to simmer, add 1 large onion chopped finely. Cook until
onion is clear and beginning to become tender. Add 1 head
of cauliflower chopped up and 1 head of broccoli chopped up.
When vegetables are cooked soft, turn the heat down to low,
add 1 large package (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese. Stir
constantly until dissolved and remove from heat. 2-3
