Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

1 medium head cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder (I like Knorr-Suisse brand)
4 cups Half and Half
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
About 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Cook cauliflower in 1 cup boiling salted water. Drain, reserving water.
Melt butter, add onion and cook until soft. Stir in liquid drained from
cauliflower (not more than 1 cup) add Half and Half, Worcestershire sauce
and pepper. Add cauliflower. Heat to boiling. Stir in cheese. Serve
sprinkled with parsley.
