    2 {16 oz.} pkgs. broccoli and cauliflower flowerets
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 {3 oz.} pkg shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tblsp. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (substitute with keto crumbs, pork rinds, or ground nuts)

    Arrange flowerets in steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and
    steam for 6-8 minutes. Drain well. Arrange flowerets in a lightly
    greased 2 quart baking dish. Stir together mayo, cheeses, onion and mustard.
    Spoon over flowerets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 20-25
    minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 8 servings
