Creamy Squash Delight

3-4 medium squash, yellow or zucchini, sliced
1 to 2 Tbs Butter
4 to 8 oz Cream cheese softened.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Slice 3-4 medium squash, yellow or zucchini cover with just enough water to
cover and bring to boil. Cook until crisp tender, drain. Add 1-2 Tbs butter
and 4-8 oz cubed cream cheese. I used the smaller amount 4 oz, so it just
coated the squash. Melt it just enough to toss to coat.
Serves 4 easily.
