This was so easy I'm surprised I never thought of it before.

I always just buy the Trader Joe's green beans in the microwaveable
pack
(I love that) ... and by default I always microwave my bacon (pure
laziness on my part) ... anyway ... after microwaving my bacon
yesterday for lunch, I thought "It's a shame to always just dump out
this delicious bacon grease."


List of Ingredients




I microwaved my green beans, added them to the bacon greased plate,
and tossed ... added some black pepper and crumbled bleu cheese ...
and had the BEST green beans ever. I mean, I like bacon and bleu
cheese on a burger, why not on my beans?
