Oven-Roasted Green Beans

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive or peanut oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic bud, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Recipe
COMBINE first 5 ingredients in a jellyroll pan; add green
beans, tossing to
coat. Place on a 1 inch deep baking pan and cover with foil.
BAKE at 400°, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until
beans are
crisp-tender. Toss in ginger. Stir well and serve.
Yield: 6 servings.
