    Parmesan Asparagus Spears

    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1 pound asparagus spears, woody bottoms broken off
    2-3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Heat butter and lemon juice in a large skillet, add
    asparagus. Toss gently until spears are evenly coated. Cook
    stirring constantly (using a rolling motion) until asparagus
    is crisp-tender--about 4 minutes. Place asparagus on serving
    plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Makes 4 servings.
