1 head of cabbage
1/2 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of cream of celery soup
3/4 lb. of Velveeta cheese
Buttered bread crumbs
Recipe
Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes and drain. Spray a casserole
dish with nonstick cooking spray and mix together the cheese,
cream of celery soup, salt, and pepper in the dish. Cook
the mixture in microwave until the cheese melts. A the drained
cabbage and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees
until mixture heats through, about 30 minutes.
