    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    Salt to taste
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 shakes worcestershire sauce
    2 packages (10-ounce each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    lemon juice or hot pepper vinegar

    TO PREPARE:

    In a saucepan over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender (about 5
    minutes). Stir in salt and pepper, add spinach. Stir until blended. Cook
    turning gently for 10 minutes or until spinach is cooked. Seve immediately
    or keep warm until the rest of the meal is ready. To serve: Drizzle with
    lemon juice or vinegar from hot pickled peppers. About 4 generous servings.
