    List of Ingredients




    2 navel oranges, sectioned and seeds removed
    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    12-oz. bag of fresh cranberries
    1 Granny Smith apple, peeled
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work well)
    1/2 cup Splenda

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients, except the nuts and Splenda, into your food
    processor. Once processed, manually stir in nuts and sweetener. Refrigerate
    at least 3 hours before serving. Making this the night before works just
    fine.
