    OLIVE CHEESE BALL

    April
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. green olives, chopped
    1/4 c. black olives, chopped
    1 tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

    Mix together and roll in ball. Chill several hours.

    Serve with lc crackers, cucumber or radish rounds, or sliced jicama.
