Recipe Introduction
This is a great appetizer for your holiday tray.
List of Ingredients
1 (4 ounces) package soft neufchatel cheese
1 (16 ounces) jar taco bell home original thick & chunky salsa
1 (6 ounces) can baby shrimp, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
wheat thins reduced-fat whole-wheat crackers (baked)
Recipe
1. Beat cheese till smooth with electric mixer, blend in salsa gradually till well mixed.
2. Stir in shrimp, celery and onions blend well; cover.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hours Serve dip with crackers.
