UNUSUAL???.....YES. GOOD???? .... YES.... my sister gave me this recipe and I saw one similar to this in a cookbook from a church group. Sceptical are we??? So was I. But u MUST try it.


List of Ingredients




1 cup softened ice cream (any flavor)
1 cup self rising flour



Recipe



1. Combine both ingredients and mix just until blended.
2. Pour into 6 or 8 muffin cups.
3. Bake at 400 12- 15 minutes.
4. Can be made in any amount; just use equal amounts of ice cream and flour.
