These are great for gift giving or serve for a special occassion. This is from Kraft foods.


List of Ingredients




1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, soft
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon almond-flavored liquer
2 ounces baker semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
1/4 cup planters slivered almonds, toasted,ground
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa



Recipe



1. Beat cream cheese, honey and liqueur with elecric mixer on medium speed until well belended.
2. Stir in,elted chocolate and almonds; cover.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours till firm.
4. Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tbsp for each.
5. Roll in cocoa till evenly coated.
6. Store in tight covered container in fridge.
