    This easy to make candy pecan treat is a added bonus on your goodie tray at Christmas time. —

    List of Ingredients




    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon cold water
    4 cups pecan halves
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

    Recipe



    1. Beat the egg and water till frothy.
    2. Add the nuts and mix till well coated.
    3. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    4. bake 225.
    5. for 1 hours Stir every 15 minutes.
    6. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
    7. This can be stored in a airtight container for up to 4 wks.
